Jolly Shine White Heavy Tile Adhesive offers exceptional bonding strength for large, heavy tiles, ensuring a secure and lasting hold on both floors and walls. Its smooth, creamy consistency makes it easy to apply, while its white finish prevents any discoloration of light-colored or translucent tiles. Step 1
Surface Preparation
Ensure Clean, Dry Surfaces: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, and any loose particles. The surface should be stable and level. Repair Any Imperfections: Fill any holes, cracks, or uneven areas to ensure a smooth surface. For highly absorbent surfaces, dampen them lightly, but avoid standing water. Prime If Needed: For extremely smooth or non-porous surfaces (like existing tiles or glass), use a suitable primer before applying the adhesive.

Step 3
Apply the Adhesive

Tile Adjustment and Alignment
Adjust Tiles Quickly: The open time is about 30 minutes, which allows you to adjust tile placement if necessary. Use tile spacers to ensure consistent joint width. Ensure Proper Adhesion: Check the back of a tile to confirm there is sufficient adhesive coverage. If there are gaps, reapply and ensure full contact.
Step 5
Curing Time
Allow the Adhesive to Set: Leave the tiles undisturbed for at least 24 hours to allow proper curing before grouting. In Wet Areas: If the tiles are installed in areas exposed to moisture (e.g., bathrooms, pools), allow 48 hours for the adhesive to fully set before applying grout or exposing the surface to water.
